Workshop pickup
You can drop off or pick up your order at our workshop: Santa Magdalena 41, Local 5, Providencia, Santiago. Monday to Friday 10:30 to 14:00 and 15:00 to 19:30, Saturday 10:30 to 16:00, closed on Sunday. See the locations page for the latest hours.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. We email you the tracking number as soon as your order ships. If your package does not arrive within the delivery time above, contact us with your order number and we will follow up with the carrier.
