What if you lose or damage my favorite frame?
It's the number-one concern, and we take it seriously. Your frame travels with round-trip tracking from the moment it's scanned at the Blue point, so its location is always known. In the lab we treat it as if it were our own and return it to you in protective packaging. We're our own lab in Chile with a name and a face, not a middleman who forwards your glasses to a third party.
How much does the installation service cost me?
Nothing. The "we do it for you" option is included with every order: we send you the prepaid Bluexpress label and fit the lenses at no extra cost. You only pay for the lenses. And if you'd rather install them yourself, they also arrive at your home with no service charge.
How do I ship it if I have no box or printer?
Easy. Pack the frame in its case with protective wrapping inside a box or envelope. If you don't have a printer, print the label right at the Blue point with your order number. Then drop it in a Blue Express dropbox or at the counter: it takes minutes, no lines. You have 3,200+ points across Chile, many open 24/7.
Are aftermarket lenses good quality?
Yes. We work with high-impact lenses in polarized, mirrored, and blue-light filter options, cut to the exact fit of your frame. Premium quality at a fair price: 60% to 70% less than the original factory lens. And we stand behind the work: if anything about the fitting fails, we'll redo it free.
How long am I without my glasses, and which models does it work for?
