All ReFramed lenses are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects. It does not cover scratches or damage from daily wear or misuse. If your lenses have a covered defect, contact us and we will make it right.
How to Install
How to Install
Replacing your lenses takes just a few minutes: gently push the old lenses out from the inside of the frame, then snap the new ones in starting from the nose side. Step-by-step guides for your specific model are available on our blog.
Replacement lenses for the Costa Ballast are precision-cut to match the original frame geometry, so they press into place by hand — no tools, no adhesive. Every lens blocks 100% UVA/UVB (UV400) and resists scratches. Choose polarized or non-polarized, in tints built for glare off open water.
Compatibility
These lenses fit the Costa Ballast frame only — check for "Ballast" stamped on the inside of the temple arm, near the hinge, to confirm your model before ordering. Costa frame names are never printed on the front.
